Delete your account

Want to take a break but come back later without registering again? In the app go to:

Settings → Deactivate account

Your data stays saved. Log in later and choose reactivate to continue.

Want everything wiped for good? In the OpStap app go to:

Settings → Permanently delete account

Confirm with the word DELETE. Your Auth account, profile, photos and chat data are permanently deleted immediately. This cannot be undone; you would need to register again afterwards.

• On permanent delete: personal data and storage (avatars etc.) are wiped immediately via our delete flow.
• Anonymised statistical data may be retained for analysis but cannot be traced back to you.
• On deactivate: your data stays until you reactivate or later permanently delete.
